JavaScript Job: Front End Engineer

Tasks

Your Role and Focus:

• Helping Zizoo’s customers find and book boats with easy by offering them an inspiring, simple and smooth on-line experience
• Working in a small autonomous agile team
• Contributing high-quality, maintainable and tested code to Zizoo's

codebase

• Actively partake in planning and estimation sessions
• Helping team to deliver predictably, consistently and with high

quality

• Fully embrace mastery by making use of Zizoo's education budgets
• Represent Zizoo's values: Excellence, Ambition, Speed, Initiative,

Requirements

Your Profile:

• 3+ years production experience in working with React ecosystem and tooling (NextJS bonus)
• Ideally production experience in an e-commerce or marketplace web platform.
• Proficiency and knowledge of Javascript and Typescript
• Strong affinity for well designed and consistent UX/UI
• Understanding of HTTP protocol versions 1.1 and 2, CDNs, load

balancing and caching.

• Production experience with both SSR, CSR.
• Production experience with client-side event tracking, including

Google Analytics, GTM

• Experience working with conterized CI/CD, from development to

production

• Experience working with cloud environments.
• Experience working in an agile environment with releasing multiple

times a day, working with multiple feature branches, and delivering value to customers predictably and consistently.

• Familiar with creating SEO friendly markup.
• Active advocate of code reviews, unit testing, logging, instrumentation and documentation.
• Obsessed with learning and mastery.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
